Tom was invited to speak at a private Networking Event on Friday, February 18, 2022, in the offices of Core Bank, Overland Park, Kansas. At that combined in person and video activity, Tom discussed his book President You and answered questions about his writing and the book. Feedback was positive. Attendees provided Tom with additional organizations that he may want to contact for similar presentation opportunities.
All Wet Publishing partnered with Advocates for Seniors and its January 2022 newsletter. In an article entitled “My Life in Lists,” author Tom Williams discusses how speech therapists and memory care staff assisted his ailing father with memory joggers. This was the driving force behind Tom’s latest book of the same title, as a potential tool for seniors, their families, and Continuing Care Retirement Community staff. Book sale and signing on Saturday, December 11th, 2021, 4 pm – 7 pm. Tom will present his two works “President You” and “My Life in Lists.” Meet him, learn more about his books and his writing, buy them at the store. Purchasers may request a signed copy. There is no fee to attend. This is an Open House format sponsored by and held at The Green Door Book Store and Gift Shoppe, 7713 W. 151st Street, Overland Park, Kansas 66223. (Located in the strip mall on the Southwest corner of 151st Street and Newton Street.) Parking is available between the Quik Trip gas station and the Westlake Ace Hardware store.
